Spring Schedule Changes: Nadya's Friday 5:30pm, Saturday 7:00am & Kit's Saturday 10:30am are cancelled for the remainder of the quarter. Sara's Lotus & Forward Bends & 8 Limbs class dates are changed as follows: June 6 & 8 are cancelled and moved to June 13 & 15. June 20 & 22 are cancelled and moved to June 27 & 29.

Yoga on Centre is the home of Western Pennsylvania's only certified Iyengar Yoga teachers. All of our teachers are dedicated to extensive training in the Iyengar method, and each continues to improve her individual practice and her teaching skills. We work as a team, with a systematic approach, to help our students progress through the many aspects of yoga practice regardless of their fitness level, age or limitations.

No one is too stiff, too out of shape or too old to begin Iyengar yoga. Problem solving is the basis of our teaching methodology. Call Sara to discuss your goals and condition, and she will help you set a course of action for you to develop at your appropriate pace. All that is required is a willingness to learn and to face your challenges steadily, one step at a time.
